Elliptical vs Treadmill

Which is better?

Whether you have a home gym, or whether you go to the gym, 2 machines that most of us have tried or seen are the treadmill and the elliptical trainer. Some of us prefer the treadmill, whilst others prefer the elliptical. Which is better? I have summarised the pro’s and cons of each in the tables below.
